Selling off-plan asks the buyer for an act of faith. A physical show flat costs a fortune, takes months, and shows one layout and one finish. Everything else has to be explained with a catalogue.
A virtual show flat has no such limit. In The Attic the visitor walks the home sensing its real dimensions, interacts with what is around them, and swaps materials and furniture to see the result immediately.
And it does not require headsets. Andorra Loft is the same idea solved as a desktop application: it is walked with keyboard and mouse, like a game, editing materials, layout and lighting as you go. Any experience we build in VR adapts to computer, tablet or a 360 tour so it can be shown anywhere.
