What data is collected, and what for
- Contact form: name, email address and the content of the message. Purpose: to answer the enquiry. Legal basis: the consent of the person concerned.
- Browsing data: aggregate usage statistics are recorded — page visited, referrer, device type — using Independent Analytics, hosted on our own server. No cookies are used for this and no data is transferred to third parties. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used.
How long it is kept
Enquiries received are kept for as long as is needed to deal with them and, after that, for the statutory limitation period for any liability arising. Statistical data is kept in line with the analytics tool’s own retention periods.
Recipients
No data is passed to third parties except where legally required. The web hosting provider and the email provider act as data processors, under the corresponding processing agreements.
Audience measurement runs on our own server, so no data is passed to any analytics provider. Playing a video hosted on YouTube or Vimeo does pass data to those providers; that is why videos do not load until the user expressly asks for them.
Your rights
Anyone may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to info@prexenz.com and proving their identity. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
