Visualisations like this are a considerable advantage in property sales: they make a virtual show flat possible, one the buyer walks through sensing its exact dimensions, interacting with the objects around them and trying different materials and furniture — personalising the home before it is built.
Where no headset is available, the project adapts to a 360º virtual tour or to a PC or tablet application, walked with the computer’s own controls as if it were a game, with the same freedom to edit materials and furniture, try different lighting and so on.
