What we do

Augmented Reality

We lay 3D content over the real world, on the client's own phone or on AR glasses. Nothing complicated to install, and nothing for the user to learn.

Augmented reality has one advantage virtual reality does not: the user already has the device in their pocket. Nobody has to be summoned, and no room has to be set up with headsets and sensors. Point the phone and look.

That makes it particularly useful when something has to be shown on site: how the finished works will look, what stood on a plot twenty centuries ago, how a part is assembled without letting go of the manual.

We develop with ARKit and ARCore for iOS and Android, and work on AR glasses when the project calls for it. The 3D content anchors to the real environment and stays where it belongs as the user moves.

We did exactly this with the Junta de Extremadura at the Alcántara Bridge: pointing a phone at QR codes placed at recognisable spots shows how the new bridge will look once built.
